Aiken Group is a leading, locally-owned and innovative supplier of integrated, out-sourced and solutions-based engineering and specialist services principally accommodation; engineering, construction and modification and technology and project management. During its history stretching back more than 30 years, it has become well known for its expertise in offshore accommodation provision and has recently made significant inroads into key onshore sectors. Late last year, the company announced the purchase of Arbroath-based D&M Manufacturing & Welding now known as Aiken Fabrication. As well as being geographically significant to the company's ongoing growth, the additional Arbroath premises add 10,000 square feet of space and two 15-tonne cranes to Aiken Group's capabilities.
