Aruba Airport Authority N.V. (AAA) is the company that operates Queen Beatrix International Airport. The AAA staff of over 200 employees is guided and supervised by the following managers that form the Executive and Management Team: James L. Fazio - Chief Executive Officer James L. Fazio works for a U.S. subsidiary company of Schiphol Group and is the Chief Executive Officer of Aruba Airport Authority N.V. since September 2014. Prior to working in Aruba, Mr. Fazio was the Chief Operating Officer at JFK Airport's Terminal 4, and was part of the transition team in 1997, when Schiphol was the successful bidder for the privatization of JFK Airport's International Arrivals Building; at the time, the largest airport privatization project in the U.S. Prior to joining the Schiphol team, Mr. Fazio worked for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in various airport operations positions, including assignments at each of the NY area major airports. Mr. Fazio has nearly 30 years' experience in airport management, is a commercial pilot, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Communications and an MBA from Adelphi University in New York.
