Ajanta
Founder, Jaya Murti, learnt home recipes from his mother, losing her at an early age, he took charge of the kitchen for the large family. The culinary work of AJANTA was accomplished by simply following his mother&s;s discipline. Opening an Indian coffee shop with his Japanese wife, within three years the couple turned it to an authentic Indian restaurant, With a wish to have Japanese savour pure south Indian home cooking. None of our food is arranged for the Japanese palate. Way before the "gourmet boom", since 1957, we have been supported by countlesss repeaters. Unchanging cuisine of AJANTA attracts clients of wide age range.
