It is a small business with a strong background in aeronautical operations, engineering and systems engineering. We are customer focused, security cleared , experienced and qualifiedaviation systems and support specialists. Our team are qualified and experienced aviation professionals who are specialists in the development and support of major Defence aviation capabilities and commercial drone operations. Our experience is founded on over 35 years. The majority of our recent Defence work has been in support of MoD and Industry teams developing high value critical Defence equipment based aviation capability development. The company is a member of the IPSE (The Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed) and employees have undergone recent Criminal Records Bureau checks and have UK Government "SC" level security clearances. AJSSL holds a UK CAA Restricted - National Qulified Entity (R-NQE) allowing us to assess RPAS Pilot competency and make recommendations to the UK CAA. We have held a CAA permission to operate Unmanned Air Systems commercially in UK since early 2009, one of the early operators to obtain a permission - PFCO #38. AJSSL is also a member of UK Trade Association for Unmanned Aerial System s. Experienced specialist providers for MoD's Framework Agreement for Technical Support (FATS). FATS provides a faster and more efficient contractual route to procure Technical Support as it offers pre-agreed contract terms and conditions, rates and discounts, and it uses standard Tasking Forms.
