The products of the company AKEMI, stated in the service specifications are a quality example and create a standard calculation basis. They become part of the offer with submission of the tender. The provider has the opportunity to offer at least an equivalent product, showing the equivalence of the offered materials in all respects, approved by official test certificates. They have to be attached as enclosure to the service specification. The equivalence is determined by the client or its legal representative. Compliance with the processing guidelines of the manufacturer is part of the performance. f the Contractor wants to deviate from those described AKEMI-Products, the respective products which are designated for the realisation have to be stated in the individual positions. If the Contractor does not notify another product or the notified product is not approved as equivalent, the AKEMI product which is specified in the service specifications must be used.
