Each physician in our group has their own nurse or medical assistant who will be available to assist you promptly during office hours. Only our physicians take call for Alamo ENT. After hours, our answering service is always able to contact the on-call physician for you if needed. With an emphasis on quality, all in office testing and therapy is done by licensed, master's degree level or higher audiologists and master's degree level speech-language pathologists, not a hearing technician or medical assistant. Therefore, we can offer unsurpassed service in the fitting and dispensing of hearing aids as well as professional care for speech, voice and swallowing problems. Whether you are referred or schedule your own appointment, you will always be seen by a board certified otolaryngologist, as we do not employ nurse practitioners or physician assistants.
