Albee Baby

Albee Baby

The seeds for Albee Baby were sown nearly 100 years ago when Alexander Weintraub opened a bicycle repair shop on a New York City corner. When local parents turned to him for help in repairing their strollers, Al expanded his services to accommodate his customers needs, and soon began stocking a selection of baby care supplies. After serving in WWII, Al reopened his shop and began importing baby carriages from Europe. Now devoted to providing families with the best for their little ones - and with the added drive of a concerned father - he began actively advising manufacturers on ways to improve their products, going on to influence the introduction of enhanced designs, functionality and safety features. Soon enough his children Carla and Fran, and son in law Michael joined the business and continued the Albee tradition of keeping babies happy. As the business grew to include toys, furniture, bedding and layette, the Albee Baby family grew, too. Als grandchildren, Robby and Ilan, entered the business in 2003 and launched albeebaby.com, propelling the family business to new heights as one of the top online destinations for baby gear. Decades after Grandpa Al dedicated himself to serving families, Albee Baby remains at heart a family-owned and operated business. We pride ourselves on providing our customers not only with the products they need, but with the service they deserve the kind of service you would expect from family offered with honesty, support, respect and guidance. We promise to help you choose the right products for your babys needs. We promise a continually growing selection of affordable to high-end items from all of your favorite brands. And finally, we promise fair prices no overselling, ever.
