It provides construction services throughout the Pacific Northwest in healthcare, academic institutions, community service, non-profit organizations, dental practices, retirement/assisted living, mixed-use, and tenant improvements. The majority of its work includes its early involvement, through which the company provides schedule, budget, and constructability feedback to the owner and design team to allow its clients to make well informed decisions balancing its design and cost objectives.
