Al Fanar Gas Group

Al Fanar hereby serves the rights to revise the gas rates without prior notice to customer should the LPG/ Propane prices and or operating costs in the local market change for any acceptable reasons. Al Fanar shall charge the customer for the cost of the hose in the event that the hose is missing at the time of gas disconnection. Al Fanar shall process the final bill at the time of Gas Disconnection and issue ref und (if any) within 7 working days from the date of gas disconnection. Request for clearance shall only be issued by Al Fanar upon full settlement of final bill by Customer.
