In 1999, Allen Mello Dodge expanded and remodeled their entire facility to accomodate its ever-growing cliental. When more and more potential buyers began to use the Internet to gather information they launched www.allenmello.com. Mr. Allen Mello saw this as an opportunity to provide another way for consumers to save time and to make it easier for them to access Allen Mello's diverse new and used inventory. The new site also provides a wide array of other services. It is a one-click process that provides their customers and potential customers access to their entire dealership online, without visiting the dealership. This new process was designed to save everyone precious time. The tremendous growth via the Internet brought more changes to Allen Mello Dodge. In 2005, they opened a Customer Care Center. This center is staffed by trained professionals that can provide any service or information consumers may need. The Customer Care Center also calls every customer that buys or services his or her vehicle at Allen Mello. This call is to insure that we have provided the highest quality of service possible.
