Since 1985, Allen Tharp LLC has continuously and successfully operated Food Service Contracts (both public and private) throughout the State of Texas. Each and every contract has resulted in numerous accolades from the host organizations. Our most recent contract, to date, has been the Full Food Service contract at Lackland AFB, Texas. At Lackland, we manage and operate sixteen (16) state of the art, full service dining facilities, one field feeding site and one central pastry kitchen. Through our operations, we provide over around 1,000,000 high quality and nutritious meals per month to Lackland personnel.
