Based out of Bedford Park, IL Alliance Steel has been a leader in flat-rolled steel supply and coil processing for nearly 20 years. Andy Gross purchased the former Alliance Steel in the late 1990's and over the past few decades has transformed a small toll processor into a first-class flat-rolled steel distributor and service center. In the mid-2000's Alliance, substantially increased their sales and service presence in the mid-south by strategically adding an Atlanta location. In the last 5 years Alliance has added to the Illinois facility utilizing over 250,000 sq/ft and several office additions creating their Bedford Park "campus". Experiencing exceptional growth over the past decade Alliance continues to invest in systems, coil processing equipment, and facilities to better serve its current and future customers. Alliance's culture is centered around customer service and strong business relationships. Alliance has amassed a long list of processing capabilities, all of which were added to better serve their customers. Their in-house processes include slitting, multi-blanking, cut-to-length, stretcher levelling, shearing, cold reduction, and laser cutting. Alliance inventories both coil and sheet in hot rolled, hot rolled pickled and oiled, cold rolled, coated, and stainless in various gauges and grades.
