Allied Resource Corporation (Allied) is a clean energy technologies company servicing and operating energy-related businesses worldwide. Our operations are based on proprietary technologies for the recycling and re-refining of waste oils into high-quality oil products, the reduction of carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrogen oxide (NOx) and sulphur emissions, the treatment of industrial waste water, and the production of synthetic gases. Since its formation in 1994, Allied Resource Corporation has developed its business platform by securing proprietary ownership in key technologies for its core business segments. All of our technologies are proven on industrial, large-scale operations, a critical element to all of our businesses. We build and operate waste oil re-refining plants under an exclusive licensing agreement from UOP, Chicago; we are the technology provider and co-owner of the largest manufacturer of catalysts for the removal of NOx in China; we provide engineering solutions for the reduction of CO2, NOx, sulphur and particulate emissions as well as for waste water treatment and incineration plants by applying technologies acquired from Lurgi, Degussa/E.ON and ThyssenKrupp-EnCoke. In addition, we are developing large-scale coal gasification plants using our proprietary BGL (British Gas Lurgi) technology. Our mission is to become a leading operator and supplier of technologies that serve the fast growing market for climate change solutions, pollution controls, and waste recycling. We believe the growth in these markets will be accelerated by the worldwide focus on reducing greenhouse gases and by increasing costs for industrial emission rights in particular to the energy industry.
