Alltournative is a Mexican Company that started in 1999 when we decided to leave behind our lifestyle in the big city of Mexico and committed to our adventure dream in the Caribbean. At that time we had found an underserved market with great potential: the Europeans visitors who were staying in Playa del Carmen and wanted to approach the Mayan culture and nature instead of only doing sun and beach activities. The Riviera Maya was the perfect beach destination but did not include one of the greatest treasures in this area: the Maya culture legacy that we can still admire in authentic Maya villages. Our objectives are: ·Promote economic development of native Maya communities in the Mexican Caribbean. ·Offer exciting and unforgettable experiences with a world-class service. ·Preserve the Mayan culture and the environment. Alltournative offers unique eco-archaeological expeditions in exclusive locations. We offer an authentic natural and cultural contact providing unforgettable experiences to get to know the real Mexico in a sustainable manner. We always operate small groups to provide personal attention and supported by a team of highly skilled and committed people. The first expedition we brought to the market is the current Coba Maya Encounter, in which we visit the archaeological site of Coba and the Maya village of Tres Reyes or Pacchen. We recently launched Coba Mayaville, the best option to know the Maya culture, providing a genuine and sustainable approach with Mayan communities in order to learn about their culture, history and economic development. Ek-Balam Cenote Maya is complementary to the tourist attractions in the area; we visit the best preserved archaeological site in the Maya world, and the largest cenote in the Yucatan Peninsula which offers optional adventure activities or some leisure time swimming in it. The Tulum Jungle Maya includes the most visited archaeological site in Quintana Roo, and which beach has been declared one of the most beautiful in the world. We also do many adventure activities in a natural reserve privileged for having the entrance to the longest underground river in the world: Sac Actun river system. Finally, Jungle Maya is the half day expedition that contents adventure activities such as canopy, rappelling, snorkel and 4x4 in our representative Unimog trucks. These five expeditions are different experiences that follow the highest health and safety standards and are designed for anyone willing to have fun exploring the natural and cultural diversity that this destination can offers.
