Alltruck plc was founded in 1990 (and you can see some landmarks from Our History in the Media Gallery). Since those early days our company has seen quite a few changes, but one thing that has always remained unchanged is our values. Our values are very straightforward and we call them "the 3C's and 3P's": Committed to Caring for Customers (& Colleagues) by being Passionate, Progressive & Proactive Committed to caring for customers But it doesn't stop there. Values are all well and good, however, it's one thing to say - it's another to make them happen. We know it's not what we say that demonstrates what type of a company we are, but how we act. Our values are the backbone that run throughout our organisation and influence our actions, our thinking and our decisions. That's why every two months, each and every employee meets with the Managing Director to discuss how they are putting "the 3C's and 3P's" into practice.
