alpha fit club is a group fitness concept centered around the idea of becoming the best version of yourself. our one hour, circuit style classes are made up by the perfect blend of short duration, high intensity cardio coupled with total body strength training. the method to the madness is not only our safe and systematic yet challenging progression of workouts, but more importantly - the community that resides within alpha. our like minded members have decided average is no longer enough, they are ready to put in the work, and reap the rewards of becoming more than they were yesterday.
