ALRO was founded in 1976 by Mr. Luc Thijs, who, assisted by an enthusiastic team, has developed the enterprise into a group of several companies: the ALRO GROUP. The ALRO GROUP is specialised in coating plastics and metal parts for cars, trucks, industrial vehicles and other industries. In addition to the original production units in Belgian Limburg (ALRO NV, WCA-ALRO NV, RECITECH NV), the group also has an active presence in Central Europe (ALRO SLOVAKIA SRO). Every day, deliveries of more than 100,000 products in a variety of more than 1000 colours demonstrate both ALRO's high capacity and flexibility. ALRO has a professional and enthusiastic team of employees who use the most modern and environmentally safe industrial coating equipment to manage a great variety of processes. The most important of these are electrophoresis, powder coating, wet painting and assembly. In addition to its coating activities, ALRO also takes responsibility for the management of complete supply chains, from producer to end-user. The combination of advanced logistics and ICT systems forms the backbone for ALRO's worldwide Just-In-Time deliveries.
