ALWAAD GROUP is a family business company, launched in 1987 by Dr. Babiker A. Salam, He is the Chairman of Alwaad Co. Ltd., Kafori Communication Center and Kafori Pharmacy. Dr. Babiker A. Salam was working in Sterling Winthrop (Drugs Dept.) Khartoum As a Medical Representative. And then Manager with AXIS Trading Co. Pharmaceutical Dept. (Agent for seven international pharmaceutical Manufacturers in SUDAN). After that he worked in Eisai Co. Ltd. - SANA'A- YEMEN as "Medical Representative & Supervisor for all the GULF STATES" and as "Medical Representative & Area Manager for Nigeria and west Africa on behalf of Eisai co.
