Ambrosino Consultant Corp.'s approach is a simple one: how can we create a positive construction project while making it mutually beneficial for our clients and Ambrosino Consultant Corp. The methods employed are elemental but the core of everything we do: Look, Listen, Ask, and Evaluate. In Looking, we review the proposed plans to be constructed and the location that these plans will be implemented. The Listening phase involves working with architects, engineers, and tenants to provide the needed services in a prompt and efficient manner. We then Ask questions related to the project at hand to ensure deadlines are met and budget constraints are followed. We also provide coordination between subcontractors and vendors outside of our direct scope of work for seamless project completion. We Evaluate our performance both during all construction phases and post-construction. The key factors we review include: communication both within and outside of our organization, project efficiency, project-scheduling and completing milestones set forth in the project, and finally financial efficiency. We want to ensure our estimating and subcontractor pricing is the best it can be while still producing a quality build-out in a timely fashion. All of these elements are brought together to help ensure we are providing the best service available for our clients.
