American Sunrise

American Sunrise is focusing on purchasing available lots. Our goal is to design a line of 10 different home elevations that will compliment the existing housing style. There are a number of lots in the Prospect Hill area utilized as points to meet, drink, or market drug sales rather than as potential homeownership sites. We are working with architects to develop homes that include front and back porches, an interior design that includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, central air still maintain the Victorian and Craftsman home styles. We are planning to build six new homes and have already received a $100,000 grant from the City of San Antonio for down payment assistance for those new homeowners.
