Located in Willis, TX, AmeriFrac, LLC specializes in the engineering, manufacturing and supply of premium quality fluid ends and expendables. With our principal's roots founded in the Drilling side of the Oil & Gas industry, our team started AmeriFrac, LLC in 2010 with the intent of developing new technology and high quality products to the well service and pressure pumping sector. Through our in-house product development group, we are able to provide custom tailored solutions to the well service and pressure pumping industry. We combine enhanced designs focused on providing extended operational life with increased serviceability. This along with our exceptional product support allows us to create true value for our customers. Fluid Cylinder Warranty: The companies obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing at the manufacturers opinion any product found to have defects in materials or craftsmanship. (also subject to third party review). Modification, improper installation, abuse, misuse or poor maintenance voids warranty. Applicable warranty period is (3) months after start-up, not to exceed (6) months after delivery to purchaser, whichever comes first. Plungers, Packing, Valves, Seats, Springs, are not covered under warranty due to the abrasive nature of materials being circulated. Warranty Claim value limited to bare block prices only. Current Jurisdiction and forum selection, Parties hereto agree that any actions or precedings ariaing in connection with this agreement shall be tried and litigated exclusively in district and county courts of Waller County, Texas or Federal Court in Harris Co, TX.
