Al-Ahliyya Amman University
Al-Ahliyya Amman University (AAU) is the first private university in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It is established by a decision from the Ministry of Higher Education and Research in 1989. The university currently consists of eight faculties: Architecture and Design, Engineering, Financial and Administrative Sciences, Information Technology, Letters, Law, Nursing and Pharmacy. Through these faculties the university offers undergraduate programs in 25 fields and seven postgraduate degrees. The number of graduates in various disciplines offered by the University has reached 14 477 students.
