Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre is a pioneer in introducing "Problem Based Learning" in all the medical subjects in Rajsamand district of Rajasthan. The Society achieved the task of establishing this institution as a "Centre of excellence in Medicine" under the Leadership of "Mr. Narayan Singh Rao" who is the founder & Chairman of Ananta Charitable Educational Society, Udaipur. nanta Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre (AIMS). Ananta Charitable Educational Societyis registered under the Rajasthan Society Act, 1958. With an objective to establish Universities, Schools, Medical Colleges, management Institutes, engineering Colleges, I.T. Colleges, Study circles and other colleges to conduct research and accumulate resources with the intention of spreading education in public interest. It has made rapid progress towards high academic standards, delivering quality health care with an emphasis on promoting social responsibility in its students, to generate competent and humane professionals empowered to face future challenges with ethical integrity. Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre (AIMS), is situated at N-H-8, village: Kaliwas, Tehsil: Nathdwara, District Rajsamand. It is permitted by Medical council of India, Ministry of Health and Family welfare, Govt of India, New Delhi. The college is situated in between the two Tourist City, Nathdwara and Udaipur, and is well connected to the Udaipur Railway Station, Bus Stand and Airport. Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre (AIMS) is a non profit Charitable Medical Institution, pledged to the service of the community, catering to the healthcare needs of the people in general and especially to the needy, underprivileged, suffering section of humanity in particular. AIMS is a 700 bedded hospital set up with the objective of bringing quality health care services with "All Under One Roof" concept to the people of adjoining areas of district Rajsamand. This is one of the prominent health care projects in the state of Rajasthan. A centralized Hospital comprising a six storied building situated on the Delhi - Mumbai Highway it provides a wide spectrum of medical, Surgical and other support services including speciality and super-specialty care. It is the only hospital in entire district of Rajsamand for providing Tertiary Medical Care facilities.
