Andaluza Estates is the real estate agency founded by Dutch national Gerda de Jager in January 2014. With an experience in vacation real estate and yearlong sales experience, she took the leap to start her own business on the Costa del Sol. Andaluza Estates specializes in bank repossession real estate which means that we can offer excellent quality or even new properties at bargain prices. During the economic crises a lot of properties have been repossessed by the bank and with the current state of the economy in Andalusia, this is still the case.
