The LKF group gave birth to the popular and well known Lan Kwai Fong restaurant and bar district in central, Hong Kong. LKF group owns and manages several buildings in the Lan Kwai Fong area, including operation of their own successful restaurants and bars. After building his dream holiday home Chandara in Phuket, Allan Zeman realised the potential of the high-end resort market for travelers and those with a desire for a second home.
