In Angel 24 we are aware of the importance of rendering a quality service, respecting the environment and guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of all our processes. That is the reason why we have decided to establish and institute a Quality, Environment and Information Security integrated system in compliance with the requirements of the following standards: UNE-EN ISO 9001:2008, UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004 and UNE-ISO/IEC 27001:2005. For this purpose we have defined and implemented the following commitments: • The Quality, Environmental Management and Information Security are strategic elements to the functioning of the business. We will create a management culture based on quality of service, environmental protection and information security. • To Reduce, Reuse and Recycle our waste products as far as possible, and dispose them so as to ensure minimal environmental impact by recruiting specialist managers in order to prevent pollution. •We will encourage training and sensitization of our employees by issuing Environmental Best Practices Manuals and also by the communication trough statements sent to our customers and suppliers. • Commitment to carry out our work within a management environment to ensure continuous improvement in our processes, in our methods of operation and in our relations with interest groups (clients, employees, stakeholders and society), by revising regularly our objectives in quality, security and environmental management. • Commitment to be a customer oriented company. In order to achieve it we have established measures to identify needs and satisfaction rates. • Commitment to offer equal opportunities to men and women in the company, particularly through the elimination of discrimination against women. • Commitment to society by developing and introducing a Corporate Responsibility Plan including actions with persons, environment and collaboration with various entities and social emergency situations. • The Management is committed to offer opportunities regarding reconciliation of family life and work by the implementation of different action policies.
