Anochrome Group is dedicated to a policy of continual improvement across all processes and aspects of its business, to both enhance the organisation's performance and benefit of its interested parties. The organisation's continual improvement strategy is based upon the Total Quality Management philosophy of plan, do, check, and act; and involves all levels of employees within the organisation. Customers and suppliers are also included in the continual improvement programme via process development partnerships and advanced quality planning activities. Group representation also takes place on a variety of ISO committees dealing with such subjects as fastener coating performance and torque testing methods. Management systems are also included in the improvement programme and are, therefore, continually being developed and refined.
