Anvis Inc. was established in 2010 with the sole aim of 'Simplifying Pet Care' for the discerning Pet Parent. Our founder, Anand Vishwanath, a telecom Engineer, had taken a sabbatical from his corporate life of 12+ years and started the dog walking as a very informal service - as a way to do 'something he was passionate about' ! It was a very personalised service, where he himself would walk the dogs. Anand would drive all over town, sometimes covering over 100+ kms in a day to walk one, maybe 2 dogs! The neighbours of the dog homes he walked were quite amused/ bewildered to see this 'corporate-ish' looking character pulling into their lane everyday, just to take the dog for a walk! Many of these neighbours thought he was a friend/family of the Pet Parents and was just helping out.
