AO General Contractor, Inc., is based in El Paso, Texas. Formally known as High Ridge General contractor, Inc. It was formed in 2004 under the leadership of Abelardo Olivas, President and Owner, who has over 35 years experience in the commercial construction industry. AO General Contractor, Inc. is a small, minority owned business which provides General Commercial and Institutional Construction Services. Our company has proven that it can compete and be successful in the private, federal and public market. Our management team has broad experience in commercial construction. We perform work both in house and sub-contract. We strive to build great and lasting relationships with everyone we do business with to include employees, customers and sub-contractors to accomplish all of our construction and business goals.
