American Organization for Nursing Leadership

American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL), previously known as American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE), is an organization for nurses who design, facilitate and manage care. ANOL was founded in 1967 and provides leadership, professional development, advocacy, and research to advance nursing practice and patient care and shape public policy for health care. AONL is a subsidiary of the American Hospital Association.
