We have been working in the education, health, and social service sectors for nearly two decades, providing program planning, evaluation, facilitation, and technical assistance for a wide range of initiatives that address social conditions that pose barriers to individual, organizational, and community success. Apex is refining an approach to evaluation that is rigorous in methodological architecture but highly practical and useful to our clients. We understand the structures and dynamics of systems. Our approach is highly participatory in nature. The diversity of our work allows us to cultivate rich learning across projects and share that knowledge with clients. Our approach to evaluation is always evolving, emphasizing adaptation and agility, efficiency and practicality, integration of evaluation and implementation, effective data visualization, and facilitation of systems thinking. Fundamentally, our clients are working on social change: changing policies and behaviors at the individual, community, organizational and governmental levels. We work with clients to apply our universal evaluation principles to their specific contexts. We facilitate their thinking to bring out and structure their best ideas.
