APOGEE Integration

Apogee provides all full-time employees personal time off benefits. New employees accrue PTO at the rate of 15 days per year. After 3 years PTO increases to 18 days per year and PTO is 20 days annually at 5 years. PTO accrues biweekly in conjunction with our pay periods. Part-time regular employees are also eligible for PTO and will accrue leave on a pro-rated basis. Employees are allowed to carry up to 80 hours of unused PTO into the following year. Employees can use their PTO and Floating Holidays whenever they like, but, should coordinate with their manager and take into account the effect on the mission.
