If I'm not happy with your service, can you provide an export of my data? Yes, you can cancel at any time by filing a support ticket and we will provide a full export of your data, code, and custom theme (if any). We will refund any remaining months. How do I pay? All of our plans are billed annually. While we prefer payment by credit cards because it makes things easier, if this is not an option for you, we can work out an alternative payment method. For Enterprise plans you can provide a purchase order, and we can send you an invoice. Contact us to discuss these options. What is your support policy? Who do I contact if there's a problem? If you're having a problem, we want to hear about it! You can contact us anytime by phone, email, chat or submit a ticket to our issue tracker system, and we'll respond within 24 hours, usually much faster. How do security updates work? If there is a security update that needs to be applied, we will do so during one of the regularly scheduled weekly maintenance windows. If the security update is more urgent, we will send out an email to all users to notify of any scheduled outage. The security updates can usually be applied in a matter of minutes and don't affect users. Will my Open edX site be automatically upgraded to the new version? If you're on one of the Shared plans, the upgrades will happen automatically usually on a quarterly basis. If you're on one of the dedicated Pro or Enterprise plans, the upgrades can be scheduled at a convenient time for you and your users. How do I change the look-n-feel of the Open edX site to match my branding? If you'd like your Open edX™ site to have your logo and colors and other visual elements, you'll need to create a custom theme.
