Apram

Founded in 1978, APRAM (Association of Practitioners of Trademark and Design Law) is the international French-speaking association most representative of trademark and design legal experts. It's strength comes from the openness of its members since they are composed of three categories of practitioners : in-house counsels, attorneys at law and trademark and design agents, practicing in France as well as outside France. Unis pour protéger l'Unique (Together to protect Uniqueness), they have contributed, over the years, to build a close relationship between APRAM and Profession bodies and organisations within the field ofIntellectual Property such as national and international intellectual property offices, members of administrative and judicial courts, APRAM sister-associations, etc.APRAM is not only a spokesperson for the practitioners, it also assists its members on a daily basis through the organization of several events (conferences, commissions, etc.) and the circulation of a newsletter (Flash APRAM). The association also supports the students within the expertise of intellectual property by organizinga student annual competition (APRAM Trophy).APRAM, a unique sharing place for its members, is also known as a friendly association. Its cultural commission (CULTUR'APRAM) in one example, as well as the celebrating events regularly organized by the association.
