ACGC is restructuring into a holding company specialized in textiles and with a plan to expand across the textiles industry through organic growth, partnerships and acquisitions, while maximizing the value of its property portfolio. Through the expansion of its Textiles Arm both horizontally, through additional capacity, and vertically, through product diversification, ACGC aims to grow its business locally and internationally within the next three years to reach over USD 500 million in turnover.
