Arbusta is a technology company that assists its clients during their digital transformation processes. Arbusta focuses on providing quality assurance services for its customers' applications and data. It has done so by revolutionizing the technology sector and disrupting the talent shortage paradigm as it offers job opportunities to young people, mostly women, who regularly face significant employment barriers and are currently overlooked in the job market. So far in 2020, Arbusta has grown 50%. It is currently working on 30 projects for 20 clients in Latin America and the world, and has started providing offshore services for the United States. In addition, during this year Arbusta was recognized as one of the top 100 EdTechs in Latin America by HolonIQ. Moreover, the book "The Power of Unseen Talent" by Carlos March and Andrea Vulcano (Publisher: Editorial Temas), which describes the company's story and its innovative talent development model, was also published in 2020.
