Founded in 2002, Arcadia primarily provided private investigation services with only a few uniformed security officer locations in and around Portland, Oregon. Today we are an all encompassing provider of uniformed & plain clothed security professionals, private investigators & military assistance operatives with training and experience in personal protection.
