ARCLAND SERVICE CO., LTD. is a Japan-based Company engaged in the operation of restaurants. The Company has four business segments. The Katsuya Restaurant segment is engaged in the operation of tonkatsu (pork cutlet) restaurants under the name Katsuya. The Katsuya Franchise (FC) segment is engaged in the development of FC stores of Katsuya, as well as the supervision of FC stores and the sale of food materials, packaging materials, store facilities and fixtures to FC stores. The Other Direct Restaurants segment operates Italian café, shabu-shabu (Japanese-style hotpot) restaurants, tempura restaurants, beef barbecue restaurants and set dinner restaurants, as well as food courts.
