Arcteq Relays

Arcteq Relays Ltd was founded in the heart of the largest energy cluster in the Nordic countries in the beginning of this decade. Even though Arcteq is a fairly young company, all employees have a long experience of developing and marketing protection relays. 80 % of Arcteq is owned by keypersons within the company and one fifth by Ensto, an international family business which designs and provides smart electrical solutions. All Arcteq products are designed and manufactured in Finland. 93% of the production is exported to e.g. Korea, Taiwan, Malesia, Brazil, USA, and South Africa. Last year the company have especially invested in marketing to Europe and Finland. The investment is a bearing fruit, in the beginning of the year Arcteq have sold protection and automation devices to more than 20 substations in Finland. For example, 17 distribution substations in the Caruna distribution network will be equipped with Arcteq protection relays.
