Ari-El Enterprises, Inc. was established in 1979 by Arie Leibovitz with a focus on the acquisition, development and management of real estate investment properties. Over the years, the company has prospered through the rise and fall of the markets, surviving the turbulent tides of the past 36 years that left so many in its wake. Today, Mr. Leibovitz along his son Scott have a team of talented professionals who are experts in their respective fields. Ari-El Enterprises operates a diverse portfolio in excess of three million square feet which incorporates industrial parks, office buildings, retail centers, apartment communities, free standing buildings and land for build-to-suit. The properties are primarily concentrated in the four county Detroit metropolitan area of southeast Michigan and Grand Rapids.
