Armadillo&Co is a dynamic company that designs and manufactures high-end, hand made, natural fibre rugs. The company is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Accounts/Admin Assistant for a full time position 9-5pm, 5 days a week, based in Rushcutters Bay, Sydney. You must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail and a good head for numbers is a must. Capable of working autonomously, plus being a strong team player is important. Duties involve: General accounts data/order entry in MYOB/CRM - SalesForce Managing/booking couriers and deliveries Distribution/management of samples to clients/sales reps Administrative duties/errands - phone/email/booking flights/accommodation, filing, courier bookings, stock reporting, stationary/postal/kitchen supply ordering Applicants will need to demonstrate the following skills & attributes: Excellent computer skills in MS Word/Excel and Outlook for Mac, knowledge of MYOB/CRM (Salesforce) would be helpful Professional presentation and phone manner Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication Enthusiastic, forward thinking, think ahead and not wait to be instructed, use initiative to think if new ways to approach projects/tasks. Keen and enthusiastic, willingness to help others Display of professionalism, enthusiasm and your "can do" attitude. Bright, helpful with clients/phone calls/emails. Responsible and honest.
