Armko Industries

Armko Industries, Inc., founded in 1983, is an Engineering Firm with Architects and Building Envelope Consultants on staff. Armko specializes in the building envelope which comprises the roof and exterior walls. We work with the Building Owners, Design Professionals, and Facility Management personnel to properly evaluate, design and specify a successful long term repair, re-roof or waterproof project. In addition, since we understand the cause and effect of pre-mature failure involved with building envelope systems, Armko assists the engineering community in designing roofs and waterproofing for remodel and new construction projects to help prevent such pre-mature failure. Since our inception, Armko has been involved in the preparation of construction documents as well as providing construction observations for over 200 million square feet and over 7,000 projects of roof and building envelope solutions.
