Aroundtown holds via publicly traded subsidiaries and affiliates a diverse real estate portfolio, which include mainly Grand City Properties, a publically listed company on the Frankfurt SE owning and managing real estate property in Germany, and Primecity Investment, a publically listed company on the NYSE Euronext Paris SE holding hotel properties in Germany, and Camelbay, a 100% subsidiary which manages income-generating multi-tenant commercial properties.
