Arrow Road Construction Company was founded in 1925 and is headquartered in Mt. Prospect, Illinois. Our affiliate company, Healy Asphalt Co. LLC, manufactures high-quality competitively priced products for retail use. The manufactured Asphalt products are incorporated into our own public and private construction projects resulting in long lasting bituminous pavements.
