Subsequently, we continue to work to raise the value and marketability of these assets. Asental Group was founded as a brand in May 2014. Within its three divisions, it manages and controls real estate assets previously owned under the company names: RPG RE Commercial and RPG RE Land. These companies have been active on the real estate market since June 2006, when they were first incorporated as part of the restructuring of the mining company, OKD, a.s. Today, Asental Group owns over 45 million square meters of land, consisting of bodies of water, agricultural fields, pastures and forests. Further, it owns almost 30,000 m2 of office space. Asental Group is active primarily in the Moravian-Silesian Region; being one of the main players on the current real estate market. Outside the Moravian-Silesian Region it also has real estate in Prague, Kladno and its surroundings. In the future, the Group plans to expand and diversify its portfolio through acquisitions of quality real estate assets and new developments.
