The Company licenses its "Associated", "Compare", "Met Foods", "Pioneer", "MetFresh" and "Metropolitan Citymarkets" proprietary trade names to independent grocery store owners and provides services in the form of grocery distribution, marketing, merchandising, promotional services, advertising, and store financing.
