Key Staff

Key Staff was initially founded as a Care Agency in 2000. Born out of frustration as a result of trying to work with existing Nurse and Care agencies, Key Staff aims to provide a quality of service and reliability hard to find with other agencies. Following the success of the Care Agency and the growing demands of its client base, Key Staff registered as a Nursing Agency in 2003 to provide a full service to people with care homes for elderly people, learning disability services for younger adults and independent hospitals for those with enduring mental health problems. Today Key Staff regards itself as a reliable support network which can work in partnership with a variety of organisations including those in the private sector, NHS and not for profit. Not only does it offer the services of a Nurse Agency, but it also operates a training centre ensuring that Key Staff can always be guaranteed to have up to date skills and practice, offering flexibility to its clients. Key Staff's robust recruitment process ensures a reliable and committed workforce. A stringent checking process ensures all Key Staff personnel are trained and qualified accordingly. Key Staff is continuously developing its personnel to ensure that it can meet the needs of its clients from all areas of healthcare.
