ASR was established in 2010 by Afghan earth scientist and development expert Dr. Daud S. Saba. The firm is registered as a LLC with the Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA) of the Ministry of Trade & Industry (Registration No. D-03-873). ASR is a proud member of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI). Our firm and the solutions we provide our clients benefit from the rich experience of our predecessor firm, Afghanistan Green Leaf Consulting, LLC. Our team and network have implemented a significant number of projects for international donors and non-profits within the last five years, covering difficult geographic areas such as Helmand, Uruzgan, Kandahar and various other provinces in nearly all regions of Afghanistan.
