ASSIST

In the first two years of its existence ASSIST dealt with product localisation in the banking sector, PPS systems and system support. Company's activities have been later extended to educational courses for users of AS/400 system (IBM System i, iSeries, IBM Power). Simultaneously, application development (own products focused on accounting) has been started: Fixed Assets/400, Accounting/400, Finances/400. The products have been used by renown companies (ABN AMRO Bank, UNIQA, Pojišovna CERTUSIA, ŠKODA DIESEL etc.). In 1994 ASSIST became one of key business partners of IBM in the area of translation services and software localisation. The present portfolio of courses includes both education for IT specialists (Java, Linux, IBM Power Systems, relational databases) and courses focused on soft skills. In 2000 ASSIST has started activities in the area of outsourcing (workforce, applications) and started using of Internet services on the AS/400 platform. ASSIST is registered partner of Salesforce and disposes of certified specialist team providing services in the area of Salesforce system implementation, migration, development, consultancy and integration. Main business activities of ASSIST include: software services for IBM Power Systems, education and Salesforce cloud system.
