At Western Private we provide nursing and care services to people with disabilities, particularly Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) or Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), and the aged. As a smaller personalised company we have a positive 'can-do' approach. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond to meet the needs of the clients and organisations we work with. We understand the services our client's need are unique and very different to hospital care. We offer a personalised service - it is imperative to us to match support staff with particular client's needs. Our clients prefer to work in a personalised partnership with a boutique agency specialising in their needs rather than a large national agency. Our on call service is 24/7 WA based and is coordinated by a friendly dedicated team who are familiar with each client and their specific needs. Each client is allocated their own Client Relationship Manager who will familiarise themselves with your personal needs or company needs and be available for ongoing support. All our staff have been trained to industry standards and have undergone an intensive interview and assessment process. Ensuring they have the right skills, values and personality to meet the individual needs of each client. We are really excited about providing something fresh into the care sector in WA.
